Maternity Therapies are beneficial throughout pregnancy and the extended post-natal period. This includes the duration of breastfeeding or until the mother considers herself to no longer be post-natal.
Our Therapists have the advanced qualifications necessary to support woman during pregnancy. Emma, Julia and Nicola are also experienced Maternity Aromatherapists.
Not all of our therapists are able to treat you during your first trimester, so if you are less than 12 weeks pregnant please book to see Emma, Nicola or Julia who hold the relevant training.

The female body is truly remarkable as it adapts to the growth of the unborn baby and Maternity Massage is a truly adaptable therapy which evolves to meet the needs and wants of the Mama-to-be over the course of treatment.
We very much enjoy supporting women throughout their pregnancies, in fact, it is becoming a real speciality for us.
Post natal massage aims to look after the newly 'birthed' mother, as when a baby is born, so to is a new mum. Time to yourself to truly rest and reconnect is precious!
Essential oils, when applied with care and knowledge, can be of great benefit during pregnancy. Both Emma and Nicola have undertaken specialist training to be able to work with women during pregnancy. As well as offering Aromatherapy Pregnancy Massage we offer an essential oil blending service and can assist in creating a hypnobirthing 'anchor' blend. This 1-2-1 session can be held either in person or over the phone.
We offer Pregnancy and Pre- conception Reflexology to support you at these tenderest of times. With regular sessions your therapist will aim to promote balance in body and mind encouraging hormones and emotions to settle and regulate. Both partners are welcomed to book appointments.
