After qualifying at the Dr Vodder School in Austria, Carol has spent many years specialising in Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) and the treatment of lymphoedema. However, she also believes in the value of MLD for many different conditions ranging from mild to chronic or long-term, and, fundamentally, as a relaxing treatment.
More recently Carol has qualified as a Restore Scar Therapy Specialist (Oncology). The scar massage and fascial release techniques of this therapy are appropriate for any type of scar, old or new, and not just those related to oncology.
Scar therapy integrates perfectly with manual lymphatic drainage, both are gentle in their approach and nature, but powerful in stimulating change.
Carol continues to enjoy treating, advising and supporting clients with a wide range of health conditions including lymphoedema, lipoedema and following surgical procedures.
